The actual use of the software and repeated attempts to link that back to the attendees actual business situations. Having never conducting any display advertising, I feel confident I can use the Display Network and begin to enhance marketing efforts. As well, had I not taken this course, I probably would have just used search, as easier initially to understand and use, but probably would have simply cost myself much more money and reach less of my objectives. Looking at both Search and Display, either standalone or combined, much more important in today's SEM activities.
