What did you like about the course?

I liked the way all the learnings were nicely summarized at the end of the day. Placing a logical sequence to the thinking and drawing up the social media strategy was certainly a great value add for me.

What would you improve about the course?

More examples of smaller companies would be useful. The Nike's, Coca Colas and Unilevers are the grand masters of branding and certainly a lot to learn from them. But learning how the Davids or the underdogs did some innovative marketing would be more inspiring than how the Goliaths or the Giants did it all.

More case studies

What did you like about the course?

Conceptual Social Strategy learning which led to simple necessary exercise of Purpose, Insights, SAVE/Content Ecosystem. This process done before building content is great exercise, and very helpful to drive focus on any Social strategy of any company.

What would you improve about the course?

Content creation exercises, try to give a little more time to these exercises and drive the attendees to actually complete, easy to mind drift on actual exercise but doing the exercise is more effective than talking about it. Most seen in second half of day.

It was a good overview of all current up and rising platforms. Trying to cover all in 2 days is very ambitious.

I liked the theory, and the equations that Khyathi and Taru laid out. The recaps were also very useful, as were the opportunities to spend time thinking about how the examples are relevant to my brand.

What would you improve about the course?

At times it felt a bit rushed, like we were fitting a lot into a short time, and it would have been nice to have a chance to digest it, unpack it a bit more.
